We answer God’s call to serve others through:
Mission of the Month (Denver-area projects and partnerships) Mission trips to New Mexico Sponsorships of outreach organizations such as Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) and the Second Wind Fund. We also serve our community through important children’s programs such as our Genesis Preschool and our summer Vacation Bible Adventure. |

Local OutreachGenesis’ Deacons keep us hoppin’ by championing a local mission project each month: • Serving a meal at a men’s shelter • Bowl-a-Thon for Denver Inner City Parish • Blood Drive for Children’s Hospital
• School supply drive • Faith Day at the Colorado Rockies • 2nd Wind Fund walk/run for suicide prevention • Collecting for JeffCo Action Center • Fleece Navidad Christmas clothing drive for seniors

For the last seven years, Genesis has enjoyed a covenant relationship with churches in New Mexico (Mora, Chacon, Chimayo, and Truchas). Each summer, a large group of us (of all ages and abilities) travel to New Mexico for a week of professionally-led community and church improvement projects.
